It has played a part in my life for six years, and in a way accompanied me through some very formative experiences. I was still at sixth-form college when I first saw the premiere, hooked straight away by its undoubted brilliance. And here I am – six years, three long-term girlfriends, two jobs and one degree later – watching Jack Shepherd’s eye close for the final time, tears streaming from my own.
I know it was just a TV show, but it was much more than that to me. I just can’t believe it’s actually over, and I just can’t believe how much I’m forgiving it’s almost total lack of answers.
Goodbye LOST, I’ll never forget ye.
